What is the difference between AI consulting, AI integration and AI operation, and which of these do you do?
W&K Connect offers AI consulting, AI integration and AI operation, in that order. For us, AI consulting means mapping your workflow and writing down its logic, that is rules, permissions and approvals. In AI integration, we implement this logic in your systems. In AI operation, we keep the result running if you wish. We always start with the process, never with the software.
Do we have to go through all the stages?
No, with W&K Connect you do not have to go through all the stages: you get started where your problem lies. The services build on each other in four stages. If the stage at which you get started is enough, that is where it stays. If the task grows, the next stage can build on the same logic.
When do you advise against a project?
We advise against a project if nobody in the company has time to go through the process with us. Likewise if the baseline cannot be measured or an existing system already solves the task. We tell you that in the first call.
External service provider or an in-house position?
Whether an external service provider or an in-house position suits AI projects better depends on the number of your processes. For one process and one pilot: external, with a fixed scope. For the ongoing operation of many processes, it is worthwhile to have your own person in-house whom we onboard, or we take over the operation. We document everything so that you are not dependent on us.
