1. Where AI works on this website
Website AI assistant (button at the bottom right): The assistant is an AI system. It is labelled as such (“AI”), introduces itself as AI in its first answer and answers questions about our services. It makes no decisions about you and does not conclude contracts. Via Talk to a human instead
you are taken to a first call with a human.
Demo environment AI employee
(access on request): In the demo you talk to an AI employee in a test environment that we set up for you after your request. Everything you enter there counts as test data. Please do not enter real customer or personal data. Your entries are deleted when the access expires.
No AI: Forms, appointment booking, quotes and all decisions in our work together are handled by people.
2. Which models are behind it
This website assistant uses language models from external providers. They are contractually bound as processors (data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR). We process the assistant's memory, rules and conversation history in a data centre in Germany.
For customer systems, we operate the AI employees on servers in Germany, separately for each customer, or on your infrastructure. Critical data does not leave your environment: it is processed by models running offline and locally. There we connect external language models only for non-critical data, and even then only as processors under Art. 28 GDPR.

Your entries in the assistant are used to answer your question and, if you wish, to pass a summary on to a person at our company. They are not sold to third parties and are deleted after 30 days. We do not create profiles from your entries. You can use the assistant without providing any personal data. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.
4. How to reach a human

), by email to info@wkconnect.de or by phone on +49 3301 8673990 (Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00). On working days we reply within one working day. To object to the processing, an email to info@wkconnect.de is enough. More information in the → privacy policy.
5. Our principle
